Key Responsibilities:
For clients:
- Providing user insight through requirements capture, behavioural analysis and cognitive understanding
- Ensuring delivery of quality solutions throughout all project phases
For Syzygy:
- Ownership of the definition of user experience (UE) and associated propositions
- Managing and building our UE capability, including the relationship between IA, Content Planning, Comms Planning, Business Analysis, User Testing
