Based on our experiences at the http://innovate.automic.com/de/ in Austin, I prepare a template for User Testing. The GOAL – every stakeholder shall be able to test users AND deliver compareable results. I am really tired of reinventing the wheel over and over again… In a 600+ company with a handful of designers you need to scale these skills. Next week we present our template companywide and I am sure I can share some experiences at the next Stammtisch on Tuesday, 11th.
